The inventive attic birthday party!

In this narrative non-fiction book, young readers immerse themselves in the world of five tinkering mice who live in an attic. They organize a big birthday party for Mäuserich Lenz. The little rodents start to tinker and have a lot of great ideas while using physical principles to reach their goals. The chandelier is lifted to the ceiling with a cable pull and the garden hose is turned into a voice pipe. Screws are used to transport nuts and a storage tin is opened with a lever. The subject of invention is also taken up on a linguistic level: Familiar words change into new terms when the mice speak “mouse-like” – so together with the mice, let’s start tinkering!
