On behalf of Holding Graz Citymanagement, FRida & freD designed a child-friendly, consumption-free fairytale forest for ‘Advent in Graz’. At Schloßbergplatz West in Graz, children and their families strolled through the forest of stories during Advent 2024.

The illuminated fir trees were decorated with Christmas tree tags. They featured illustrations by Julie Völk from the book „Zur Zeit, wo das Wünschen noch geholfen hat“ and an alphabetic letter. The children used competition cards to put short fairy tale quotes in the right order and find a solution word. Fairy tales could also be listened to by using QR codes.
